COVID Policy

You can book with confidence. Come along knowing that the safety of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance to us and we have ensured that your experience is in line with all current government guidelines. We will continually monitor and respond to any new government advice and ensure that the experience remains fully compliant.

Current procedures in place for the comfort and reassurance of our guests include:

  • Ensuring social distancing can be maintained at all times
  • Limiting the number of tickets on sale within each time slot, to allow guests more space for social distancing
  • Reducing the necessity to queue
  • Thoroughly cleaning before, during and after each session
  • Hand sanitisation stations, at entrances and exits

If further changes in the guidance require amends to the format of your visit we will let you know as soon as possible.  In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you can transfer your ticket to the following year, or get a refund (excluding booking fee).
