What is The Festive Forest?
The Festive Forest is our brand magical forest, full of fun and interactive games for children. They can jump into our snow ball pool, zoom down our glacier slides and show off at our ice-cool climbing area.

£6 for a 30-minute play plus Santa visit & gift

What will I get if I book the Santa ticket for £6?
Your child will have 30 mins of fun within the Festive Forest during which they will have the opportunity as an individual family group to share Christmas wishes with Santa in his secret log cabin. There will be a photo opportunity with Santa from which memorable gifts can be purchased and each child will receive an age appropriate gift. Each Santa visit will take place during the 30 minute play session and will be co-ordinated by Santa’s Elf.

How do I buy tickets for Festive Forest?
Tickets can be purchased in centre direct from the festive forest ticket desk (opens on 22nd November) or online on www.intuderby.co.uk/festiveforest (from Friday 1st November). Tickets can be purchased for either the same day or in advance for future dates. We recommend you book in advance for slots with Santa as these are limited and are likely to get booked quickly. 

Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another date. Please note that you cannot purchase or make changes to your tickets via intu Customer Service Desk or Reception. 

Do I need to print my tickets, or can I just bring them on my phone or mobile device?
You can bring your ticket confirmation with you either printed out or on your mobile device. 

Will I receive a ticket once I have booked?
Once you have placed your booking, you will receive a confirmation ticket – advance tickets also receive an e-mail which will include your booking reference. Please ensure you bring this code with you.

Does my baby need a ticket? 
There is a baby and toddler sensory play area within the festive forest and the entrance fee is payable. However, if children under the age of 1 are accompanying siblings and are not using the facility no fee will be charged. We must ask that in this situation they remain in their pram or buggy and are supervised by parents/guardians at all times.

How many people can I book for?
There is no limit to how many tickets can be booked, as long as there are tickets available in the requested time slot.

What is the height restriction in the festive forest?
The height restriction for the festive forest is 132cm. Final entry based on manager’s discretion

Do you have toilets in the festive forest?
There are no toilets in the festive forest, the nearest toilets and baby changing facilities are located near by opposite Sainsburys. It is advised to visit the toilet before entering.

Are there any chairs for the elderly/pregnant mums?
Seating is available within the festive forest.

How long does the festive forest experience last?
Whether you have a play session or a play & meet Santa session, your experience will last 30 minutes.

Can I drop my child off for the event while I go shopping?
No. All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event and will be fully responsible for the child in their care.

Where is the festive forest located? 
It is located on level 1 opposite Iceland.

When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your booked time to allow time for checking in and to ensure your visit runs to time.

Is there somewhere to hold buggies?
There will be an enclosed area for buggies and pushchairs. Please note all buggies and belongings are left at your own risk.

Is there wheelchair access?
There is wheelchair access to the festive forest and to the edge of the soft play area.

Is the festive forest suitable for children with disabilities and will the staff act accordingly if necessary?
The festive forest is suitable for children with a range of disabilities, but we do recommend that you mention details of your child’s disability to the staff before purchasing your ticket, so that you can decide whether the experience would be both suitable and enjoyable for your child.

Can we take photographs?
You can take personal photos within the festive forest soft play area only. Unfortuantely you will not be able to take your own photos when you see Santa. Professional photographs will be available to purchase when you see Santa.
