You can book Norbert’s Magical Reindeer Experience at Westgate with confidence. Come along knowing that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance to us and we will continue to monitor and respond to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic situation as it evolves.

Current procedures in place for the comfort and reassurance of our guests include:

  • Limiting the number of tickets on sale within each time slot, to allow guests more space
  • Reducing the necessity to queue
  • Cleaning during and after each session
  • Hand sanitisation stations, where appropriate

Due to Coronavirus some things may need to be run differently or be cancelled at short notice. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel Norbert’s Magical Reindeer Experience, you can transfer your ticket to the following year, or get a refund (excluding booking fee).

On the day of your booking, if you or any of your party are experiencing Covid symptoms including a high temperature, a new continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, we ask that you do not attend for the safety of other guests.

Do I have to wear a face covering in the Norbert’s Magical Reindeer ExperienceYes, you must wear a face covering in line with Government guidelines. If you are exempt, please make this clear to a member of the event team. Children aged 11 or under do not need to wear a face covering.

Will you be temperature checking attendees? We are following government guidelines which means we will not be carrying out temperature checks on entry for the time being. If this changes, we will let you know. 

Will the event staff wear face coverings? Event staff will always be 2m or more away from guests. Box office staff will wear face coverings. We will respond to any changes to Government guidelines.

What if I am unwell and am unable to attend on the day of my booking? We are unable to refund tickets for non-attendance.
