When do Santa and his elves finish for the year? This experience closes at 6pm on Christmas Eve 24th December. The final session will be between 5.30pm and 6pm.

What will my visit consist of? This year your visit to Santa will include a magical meeting with Norbert, the baby reindeer puppet and making reindeer food and will  last approximately 20 minutes.  Photographs are available to be purchased upon leaving the grotto.

Is the train a separate experience? Yes, all children and adults must buy a separate ticket to ride the train.

How much will my visit cost?
Your visit to Santa will cost from £7.99 - £9.99 per ticket, depending on date/time booked and will include a wrapped present

Do you offer any discounts for group bookings? No

Is there a charge for babies in arms under 6 months old?  Babies in arms under six months are free if they are with paying siblings and you do not want them to receive a gift. However if you are bringing a baby on their own they will need to pay the full child price.

Why should I book in advance? We recommend that you pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment. We anticipate there will be tickets available for some slots on the day, but these will be sold on a first come, first served basis and demand is high.

If I choose not to book in advance, how can I obtain a ticket? If you chose not to book in advance, it may be possible to purchase a ticket on the day at the grotto box office in front of Pret A Manger however, availability is not guaranteed.

Will I receive a ticket once I have booked? Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket if you book in advance via the call centre or website.

Is there access for wheelchairs? There is full disability access including ramps to access the train and a customised carriage for wheelchair users.
