12pm on Saturday 25th November 2017.

When do Santa and his elves finish for the year? 
This experience closes on Christmas Eve 24th December, with the last bookings available at 3.45pm on that day.

What will my visit consist of?
Your visit will consist of a walk through our Magical Wonderland with an individual visit with Santa in his grotto and each paying child receives a gift.

How much will my visit cost?
Your visit to Santa will be £7.50 per child and will include a gift and a walk through of our Winter Wonderland. Up to 4 accompanying adults free, additional accompanying adults £1.50 each and can be purchased on the day

Do you offer any discounts for group bookings?
Yes, at certain times, for bookings of 5 or more, please contact groupbookings@oldrids.co.uk for further details.

Is there a charge for babes in arms under 12 months old?
Yes, we are offering a special first Christmas package for babes in arms under 12 months old. The price is £7.50 and includes a visit with Santa, a Photo, 'My First Visit with Santa' Certificate and Winter Wonderland entrance.

Why should I book in advance?
We recommend that you pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment. We anticipate there will be tickets available for some slots on the day, but we cannot guarantee.

If I choose not to book in advance, how can I obtain a ticket?
If you choose not to book in advance, it may be possible to purchase a ticket on the day at the Christmas shop on the first floor however, availability is not guaranteed.

Will I receive a ticket once I have booked?
Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket if you book in advance via the website. This e-ticket will need to be brought with you when you visit Santa.

Can I book a special needs group visit?
Yes, please contact our garden centre on 01476 512333  to discuss your visit and special requirements.

Can I book a school party visit?
Yes, please contact groupbookings@oldrids.co.uk for further details.

When should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the event no earlier than 5 minutes before your pre-booked time slot.

Is there somewhere to put buggies?
There will be an allocated area for buggies. Please note that you leave them at your own risk.

Is there access for wheelchairs?
There is full disability access.

Can we bring food and drink into the Experience?
No. We would ask that you refrain from eating and drinking please.

Can we take photographs?
No, but your magical moment will be captured with professional photography and a memento will be available to purchase including glitter globes, frames and Christmas baubles at the end of the experience. However, photographs are permitted within the magical wonderland.
