When does Santa arrive? Santa arrives on 15th November 2019 at 5:00pm near door 1 and his parade starts at 5:30pm and travels to his grotto situated in Middleton Hall.

When do Santa and his elves finish for the year? This experience closes at 6pm on Christmas Eve 24th December. The final session will be between 5.30pm and 6pm. 

What will my visit consist of? This year your visit to Santa will include making snow. You will also get the opportunity to make your own Snow Nog (Hot Chocolate to take home) and an individual meeting with Santa (Families will meet Santa all together).

My child has food allergies - what ingredients have been used to make Santa’s Snow -Nog and Snow Fuel? 

Sprinkles

Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Powder (Milk) Lactose (Milk) Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin) Flavouring.

Gluten & Wheat – We cannot guarantee any of the ingredients are completely gluten-free.

Nuts – There are no nuts in any of the above. However we cannot guarantee that the ingredients are nut free.

Snow -Nog

Sugar, Whey Powder, Whey Permeate, Lactose, Refined Coconut, Fat reduced Cocoa Powder 6.0% Syrup, Flowi Agent (E551), Milk Protein (Caseinate Sodium Polyphosphate (E452i), Dipotassium Phosphate (E340ii)

Allergens: Contains milk product: Whey Powder, Whey Permeate, Lactose, Milk Protein (CASEINATE).

Vermicelli Sprinkles

Ingredients: Sugar, Non –hydrogenated vegetable fat, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier (lecithin E322). Glazing agents (E414/905)

This product is non–toxic and not harmful to the environment. In case of contact with eyes please flush with clean water and seek medical attention if the irritation persists.

Is the train a separate experience? Yes, all children and adults must buy a separate ticket to ride the train.

How much will my visit cost? 
Your visit to Santa will cost from £8.50 - £10.50 per ticket, depending on date/time booked and will include a wrapped present.

Do you offer refunds for unwanted tickets? We regret that we are unable to refund unwanted tickets

Do you offer any discounts for group bookings? No

Is there a charge for babies in arms under 6 months old?  Babies in arms under six months are free if they are with paying siblings and you do not want them to receive a gift. However if you are bringing a baby on their own they will need to pay the full child price. 

Why should I book in advance? We recommend that you pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment. We anticipate there will be tickets available for some slots on the day, but these will be sold on a first come, first served basis and demand is high. 

If I choose not to book in advance, how can I obtain a ticket? If you chose not to book in advance, it may be possible to purchase a ticket on the day at the grotto box office however, availability is not guaranteed. 

Will I receive a ticket once I have booked? Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket if you book in advance via the call centre or website. 

Can I book a special needs group and School party visits. We welcome pre-booked parties. Please contact tickets@eskimojoevents.co.uk

When should I arrive? We recommend that you arrive at the event approximately 10 minutes before your pre-booked time slot. 

Is there somewhere to put buggies? Yes, there is a buggy park at the entrance to the grotto. 

 
Is there access for wheelchairs? The Grotto is all on one level and there is full disability access including ramps to access the train and a customised carriage for wheelchair users.  

Can we bring food and drink into the Experience? No. We would ask that you refrain from eating and drinking please. 

Can we take photographs? You can take photographs with Professor Freeze, but not with Santa.  Your magical moment will be captured with professional photography and a memento will be available to purchase including glitter globes, frames and Christmas baubles at the end of the experience.
