When does the Snow Globe open?
Our Giant Snow Globe will open on the 3rd November 2018 and run each weekend until the 1st January 2019.  Tickets for our Giant Snow Globe can be booked either online in advance of the day of your visit or in store on the day on a first come first served basis. 

What are the opening times for the Snow Globes?
Saturdays 10:30am to 5:00pm

Sundays 10:30am to 3:30pm

Monday 24th December 2018 (10.30am – 3.30pm)

Wednesday 26th December 2018 (10.30am – 5.00pm)

Monday 31st December 2018 (10.30am - 3.30pm)

Tuesday 1st January 2019 (10.30am – 4.30pm)

How long is my session in the Snow Globe for?
Each sessions lasts 5 minutes in the Snow Globe with an 8 minute time slot (5 minutes of actual time in the Snow Globe, 3 minutes to enter/ exit)

When should I arrive in time for my session?
Please allow at least 5 minutes before the start of your time slot. 

What if I am late for my booked time slot?
Whilst we will try to accommodate late arrivals, due to the extreme popularity of this event we cannot guarantee this.  For this reason you should allow at least 5 minutes before the start of your time slot. 

What should I wear?
Normal clothing is fine however we do ask that outside footwear is removed before entering the Snow Globe for Hygiene reasons.  There is an area to leave your belongings when inside the attraction.

What is the minimum age to enter the Snow Globe?
There is no age limit, but please consider we do not have a separate area for babies.  Younger children are required to be accompanied by an adult whilst in the SnowGlobe.

Is there a maximum number of people allowed in the Snow Globe at once?
Yes, the maximum number of people allowed in the Snow Globe is 7 at any one time but the staff reserve the right to adjust this depending on circumstance.

Will there be food and drink available?
There is no food or drink allowed in the Snow Globe however there are Restaurants available on the top floor of our Garden Centre, at the farm shop in the outside area of the garden centre as well as the top floor of the Downtown Superstore.

Are there parking facilities?
Yes, the site has ample free parking available.

Can I take photographs in the Snow Globe?
If you are spectating then you can take photographs of your friends and family in the Snow Globe. Should you wish to have photos taken whilst in the globe with your family speak to a member of staff who may be able to accommodate.

Why should I book in advance?
There is a huge demand for this attraction, booking in advance secures your timeslot and avoids disappointment on the day. 

If I choose not to book in advance, how can I obtain a ticket?
If you choose not to book online there will be limited tickets available in store on the day for the globe however these are on a first come first served basis only.  Tickets will be available from the Customer Accounts office on the ground floor of the garden centre.

Will I receive a ticket once I have booked online?
Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket if you book in advance via the website. This e-ticket will need to be brought with you.

Is the Snow real, is it dangerous?
The snow used in the Snow Globe is not real snow.  It is made from a low density and linear density polyethylene.  It is not considered to be hazardous according to the regulatory guidelines as defined by the EU Dangerous Substances/ Preparations Directive and is essential non-toxic.  We do advise however not to inhale the snow.

Will there be medical care if I injure myself?
Yes, there are first aid responders throughout the garden centre who can assist.
