The festive forest is  full of fun and interactive games for children. From 22 November kids can jump into our snow ball pool, zoom down our glacier slides and show off at our ice-cool climbing area

Come and see Santa

When Santa isn't busy preparing for the big day he'll be coming to visit us here at intu Derby on specific dates for good boys and girls to meet. He's told us there'll even be special gifts for all the children who come to see him this Christmas. Families can have their photo taken with Santa and purchase it from our happy elves as a photo gift.  The entry fee includes a Santa visit within the 30 minute play session

Festive Forest Rules

So everyone can enjoy the foresty fun

• Each play session lasts 30 minutes 
• Everyone should remove their shoes but please keep socks on
• Remember to pop to the loo before entering the forest. Nappies should be changed in our baby changing areas too
• In the main soft play forest-goers must be under 132cm, while the baby area is for 2 years old and under only Don’t forget to remove sharp objects, phones, jewellery, badges, loose clothing and belts before entering
• Please leave buggies and prams in the spaces provided – all valuables are left at your own risk
• Keep an eye on your little ones at all times – we don’t foresee anything going wrong but if it does we can’t take responsibility for any accidents that occur
• Please don’t litter our forest – no food or drink in the play area
• Stay on Santa’s nice list – don’t go the wrong way up the slides, throw snow balls or climb on the frames and netting
• Please report any accidents or incidents to a member of staff
• Adults can only enter the festive soft play if they are assisting their child
• intu cannot accept responsibility for any theft or lost items

How to book

Tickets can be purchased in centre direct from the festive forest reception desk located on Level 1 opposite Iceland (opens 16 November) or online here.

Tickets can be purchased for either the same day or in advance for future dates. We recommend you book in advance for slots with Santa as these are limited and are likely to get booked quickly.

Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another date. Please note that you cannot purchase or make changes to your tickets at intu Customer Service Desk
