It’s very important we keep Peter and his friends safe – and you of course!

We will be adhering to current government guidelines so this means that there will be a number of safety restrictions in place. Please read the below carefully before your visit.

COVID-19 safety measures:

• There will be hand sanitising points situated throughout to keep everyone’s hands squeaky clean. 
• Adults and children over 11 must wear a face covering (unless they are exempt).
• Tickets will be sold in bubbles of up to six people. 
• The experience has been arranged to be safe and allowing you to be socially distanced from other groups

Thank you for playing your part in helping keep everyone safe.

On the day of your booking, if you or any of your party are experiencing Covid symptoms including a high temperature, a new continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, we ask that you do not attend for the safety of other guests.

Do I have to wear a face covering in Peter Rabbits Secret Garden? Yes, you must wear a face covering in line with Government guidelines.  If you are exempt, please make this clear to a member of the event team.  Children aged 11 or under do not need to wear a face covering.

What if I am unwell and am unable to attend on the day of my booking? We are unable to refund tickets for non-attendance on the day.
