It’s very important we keep Father Christmas, his elves and Norbert the Reindeer safe – and you of course!

This means that there will be a number of elf and safety restrictions in place. Please read the below carefully before your visit.

COVID-19 safety measures:

  • There will be hand sanitising points situated throughout to keep everyone’s hands squeaky clean. The elves will also be working hard to keep everything clean.
  • Adults and children over 11 must wear a face covering (unless they are exempt).
  • Father Christmas has kindly asked that you only visit with members of your household or bubble. Tickets will be sold in bubbles of up to five people, with a maximum of two adults. If you do wish to bring a sixth person in your group, please contact the customer helpline to arrange.
  • The experience has been arranged to be safe and socially distant from other groups; the capacity of the area has been assessed to allow five groups per session.
  • Each child will be provided with a sanitised scoop and gift bag to collect their reindeer food.
  • Children won’t be able to sit on Father Christmas’ knee, but he is looking forward to welcoming all the children from a safe 2 metre distance and hearing about their Christmas wishes.

We know your experience may be a little different this year but this doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a little bit of Christmas magic! Thank you for playing your part in helping keep everyone safe.

On the day of your booking, if you or any of your party are experiencing Covid symptoms including a high temperature, a new continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, we ask that you do not attend for the safety of other guests.

Do I have to wear a face covering in the Reindeer Lodge experience? Yes, you must wear a face covering in line with Government guidelines.  If you are exempt, please make this clear to a member of the event team.  Children aged 11 or under do not need to wear a face covering.

Will you be temperature checking attendees?  We are following government guidelines which means we won’t be carrying out temperature checks on entry for the time being. If this changes, we will let you know.

What if I am unwell and am unable to attend on the day of my booking? We are unable to refund tickets for non-attendance.
