Who can use the lounge and do I need to pay?
Access is free for all My John Lewis members. Not a member? Sign up here or on the day.
Can I reserve a space in advance?
Yes, bookings can be made here. Though not required, we do recommend it as walk-ins are subject to availability on the day.
What happens if I can't make my slot?
If you don't show up within 15 minutes of your booked time, we will offer your slot to a walk-in customer.
What’s included?
A glass of sparkling wine, mocktail, or hot drink, served with small bites from Benugo. Options may vary. Neal’s Yard Remedies are on-hand to offer complimentary treatments too.
Can I have more than one drink?
Of course, you can purchase further drinks from the lounge menu.
Do I need to book Neal’s Yard Remedies treatments?
Upon arrival, you can reserve a treatment through the in-room sign up sheet. Please note, spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis
What treatments are available?
You can try a mini hand and arm massages. You can also be guided through a mini relax and refresh self-treatment with Neal's Yard Remedies products.
How long can I stay?
At busy times, visits are limited to one hour, but you're free to stay longer when it's quieter.
