Is the train a separate experience? Yes, all children and adults must buy a separate ticket to ride the train.

How much will my visit cost?

Do you offer refunds for unwanted tickets? We regret that we are unable to refund unwanted tickets

Do you offer any discounts for group bookings? No

Is there a charge for babies in arms under 6 months old?  Babies in arms under six months are free if they are with paying siblings and you do not want them to receive a gift. However if you are bringing a baby on their own they will need to pay the full child price.

Why should I book in advance? We recommend that you pre-book your tickets to avoid disappointment. We anticipate there will be tickets available for some slots on the day, but these will be sold on a first come, first served basis and demand is high.

If I choose not to book in advance, how can I obtain a ticket? If you chose not to book in advance, it may be possible to purchase a ticket on the day at the grotto box office in front of Cafe Nero however, availability is not guaranteed.

Will I receive a ticket once I have booked? Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket if you book in advance via the call centre or website.

Can I book a special needs group and School party visits. We welcome pre-booked parties. Please contact tickets@eskimojoevents.co.uk

When should I arrive? We recommend that you arrive at the event approximately 10 minutes before your pre-booked time slot.

Is there somewhere to put buggies? Yes, there is a buggy park at the entrance to the grotto.

Is there access for wheelchairs? The Grotto is all on one level and there is full disability access including ramps to access the train and a customised carriage for wheelchair users.

Can we bring food and drink into the Experience? No. We would ask that you refrain from eating and drinking please.

Can we take photographs? You can take photographs with Chef Ginger Snaps, but not Santa.  Your magical moment will be captured with professional photography and a memento will be available to purchase including glitter globes, frames and Christmas baubles at the end of the experience.
