Who is the experience for?
Santa’s Elf Town is for children of all ages, however some activities within the event are more suitable for children aged 3 - 12 years old.
Who needs a ticket?
Everyone entering the experience must have a ticket, with the exception of babies in arms (under 12 months old) attending with a sibling, providing they are not expecting a gift. There is a maximum number of 6 people per booking and there must be a minimum of 1 adult per booking
How much is the experience?
Tickets are £9 + booking fee for a child. Adults & babies in arms are free of charge with no gift included.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time detailed on your ticket. If you are late, we cannot guarantee entry.
What happens if we are unable to attend on our scheduled date?
Where possible we will endeavour to find an alternative date and time, however unfortunately we are unable to guarantee an alternative slot, booking is subject to availability. Please notify us within 48hours for any changes to your booking. For all queries, please email tickets@eskimojoevents.co.uk.
Is there Wheelchair access?
Yes, Westfield London is wheelchair friendly. If you would like to speak to someone before your visit, please get in touch by emailing tickets@eskimojoevents.co.uk.
Is the Santa experience accessible to individuals with disabilities or sensory needs?
The Santa experience is wheelchair-friendly, and we warmly welcome guests with diverse needs. While the space features some lighting effects and soundscapes, for a more sensory-friendly visit, we suggest booking morning sessions, which are generally quieter. Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at Westfield London outside at the end of the Southern Terrace near to Zizzi. The nearest tube station is Shepherds Bush.
What’s the easiest way to arrive via London Overground?
Santa’s Elf Town is located near Shepherd’s Bush Overground Station.
How long is the experience open for at Westfield?

How long is each session?
The experience lasts approximately 15 minutes per session, including a visit with Santa.
What should we expect from the experience?
Santa’s Elf Town uses lighting effects and soundscapes to enhance the guest experience. If your child is sensitive to light and sound and you wish to discuss this further, please email tickets@eskimojoevents.co.uk in advance of your session.
Will my child get a gift from Santa?
A gift is included in the experience and will be handed out to the child on exit. A child ticket must be purchased to receive a gift.
Is a picture included in the ticket price?
Westfield will be providing professional photography this year. These pictures can be purchased at an additional cost on exit. Please tag Westfield in any social posts. You are welcome to take your own personal pictures.
Can I bring my pet?
No animals are permitted through the experience with exception of guide dogs.
Can buggies go through the experience?
Yes.
