Santa’s Elf Town is located at the end of the Southern Terrace closest to Zizzi. It’s located on the outside of the shopping mall. If you arrive via Shepherd’s Bush Overground or Underground stations, you will need to walk up the Southern Terrace to the opposite end, Santa’s Elf Town will be located on your left, opposite Zizzi. If you are arriving through the centre, the closest store on the inside of the mall is Five Guys, which will be on your left, walk through the doors outside to the Southern Terrace and you will see Santa’s Elf Town.
